Default Help with Plastic Double Ruffle Headbands, Please

I need to make 1 of these http://www.etsy.com/listing/68132181 for Friday, it our Opening Day For Baseball. I have all of the supplies But I am unsure of the best way to adhere the grosgrain to the double ruffle and what is the best way to stick the double ruffle to the plastic headband. I was thinking about using glue but will it look lumpy? I also thought about Double Sided tape but will it stick well enough?

TIA
Lindsey

I haven't made one but from what I've gathered they hot glue on the DRR and glue the ends of the grosgrain but tape the middle.. then there are those that tape the whole thing and those that glue the whole thing. I personally would have to hot glue the whole thing b/c I don't have the tape yet.
