Default Is there anything I have to do to these to keep them from turning skin green?

Ok know how like when you get a fake ring and it turns your skin green? Well do I have to do anything to these?

What if I buy rings like these?

i'd be kinda scared to put anything on the earrings . . . and for the ring, i'd wrap it w/ribbon . . . or try the old tried & true standby . . . clear nailpolish.

i've never used/bought those, so i really shouldn't be commenting - lol!

i would not buy the fake earrings, id get the real deal...those ALWAYS turn my ears green and i would be mad if i bought some. Im very careful to get the stainless steel or sterling silver. just my two cents....

Agreed.

All my jewelry findings are either 14k gold or sterling silver. I never wanted to sell an item that I had worked so hard on only to have it tarnish or turn someone's skin green.

Since so many people have allergies I would buy nickel free or hypo allergenic posts for ears. They won't turn colors and they won't make people with allergies ears itch

As for the rings are you ready to hear my trick...hehe...I learned this from a friend of mine, I paint the inside of the ring with clear nail polish its never failed
