Hot glue honey. Use very super thin foam board and hot glue everything on it. My friend bought one from a lady yesterday so we could see how it was made. We used my niece as an excuse. It's expensive $25!!!!! We traced the body form and all she done was make a template out of posterboard. Use that to cut out the foamboard and material. Hot glued material on the top. Glued a piece of ribbon on the bottom where the tutu goes. Added a row of small bows along the bottom with hot glue. Then hot glued the tulle. HTH.

I have my board cut and it covered. I just dont understand how wide to cut strips or if i need to cut strips? I have 6 yards of tulle. I wish I had a tutorial with photos.

I use the 6" wide roll of tulle from hobby lobby, michaels, wherever. They ususally come in 25 yards, 40 yards, or 100 yards. I use all 25 or 40 on one bow holder. I attach tulle in knots to a piece of rope (for lack of a better word) its more like a decorative trip on a spool. I have some pics on my website under bow holders, HTH
