I use glossy paper with poured resin and resin dots.
I use Sun and Moon for glass tiles, but it is not waterproof and doesn't dry hard like resin, so I don't know about using it for the washers. Sun and Moon only works with matte paper, it took some trial and error and convos with her to figure out what I was doing wrong

alopez - have you found that it yellows over time? I have heard that it is actually just 3D laquer repackaged. ???

I am using resin drops on my bottle caps. But really want to make the washer. I bought one and they seem very easy to make and looks like she used resin because it has a small bubble on it.

Ok brand and where you buy the resin?? tips and tricks!!

thanks!

I haven't been using the glaze long enough to know if it yellows, so I can't help there.

I use Colores and I love it. There are rarely bubbles and they cure in an hour. I put my oven on the lowest setting (170) and then turn it off right before I put them in, so I'm not actually baking them. My husband did preheat the oven one night when I put some in right before I went to bed, so now I always announce when I am doing them

Where do you buy this resin? Do all of them you have to bake?

This is where I get the resin, you can only get it here as far as I know. It's the Colores doming resin.

You don't have to bake it, you can let them sit for 36 hours or so, but since I live in the country there is too much dust everywhere to leave them sitting anywhere.
