Default ostrich puffs and tulle

Hi,

I've seen pictures of flower headbands with the feathers or tulle incorporated into it. Just wondering how do I attach it to the stretch elastic? is it just hot glued under the flower but on top of the felt? kwim?

thanks

I saw a tut the other day about ostrich feather puffs and I would think you just glue the flower on top..are you attaching it to a crochet headband or a cotton one?

this is a pretty good tutorial on the puffs...i have glued them straight to cotton headbands but with the crochet ones i've noticed the glue goes through the holes and when it tries it can feel hard on a little ones head so i have glued the puff or ribbon to the headband and then underneath i glue some felt or cotton

hth

Thanks for the link. I never thought to use the ribbon like that. Although now my cat might miss chasing the feathers that go flying around the room..lol
