Okay i dont understand about the cardboard or cookie sheet method for cutting tulle. Mind you I am a vision learner so maybe that is why but i just dont get it.

If you could explain that would be very much appreciated. I am about to make my first one. YIKES!

you take your 6 inch tulle on the spool and wind it around the length of cardboard that you want your tutu. Then you only have to cut it on the bottom. You have the strips you need. I am not good at explaining I tried. Somebody else may be better. Or you may complete understand me.
