Default Bottle caps

I want to start making the bottle cap bows. What does everyone use (and how do you do it) to make sure the image you put on it stays put or does not get wet?

To stay put I use the small xyron sticker maker and then to cover the image I used to use clear page pebbles but they don't always stick on the edges so I use a modge podge magic dimension, I think it is called that, but I am not sure what I think of it yet.
