I'm sorry for changing the topic here, but could someone please tell me where you get the sliders??? Are they plastic or not?? They look really nice, gives the bow a different look. I really it! TIA

Ok here are some I've made
Not sure what order the pics are in...sorry
1 pic is my dd wearing a pair of double layer pinwheels. The pair she is wearing is in another pic-they are the brown and pink ones. These are made from 7/8 drr.
Another pic is a light orchid bow made from 1 1/2 (bottom layer) & 7/8 (top layer)
Then the other pic is of a fabric wrapped headband with a wine colored bow made from 1 1/2 inch drr. I used a flower as the center of this bow.

This is really high quality DRR. I've gotten mine here too. 1.5", 7/8", 5/8" and 3/8".

I have bought from HL and I don't like it at all. It is pricier but the ribbon is too stiff and doesn't work as well as the other from group buys. HL's lays flatter once it is done. I need to find a pic with the DRR from HL.

Be very, very careful with DRR group buys. JKM ships very, very slowly and often exceeds the 45 day paypal dispute deadline. I have lost $75 in a DRR buy gone bad when the buy host knew that they had a reputation for shipping slowly. The host was someone I thought I knew and had chatted with on multiple boards. She had even purchased bows from me. She took thousands of dollars of ours & took a cruise. Oh, and did I mention she is the wife of a pastor??? You just never know!

Okay.....yikes! Sometimes it is worth paying a little extra to someone who already has it in stock in their stores. I need to check out mylittlemonsters' store. I think I have bought from her before.
