I make mine the same way I make the rest of my twisteds. Takes a little practice, but I like them, so it's worth it.

I have used the tutorial from hipgirl: http://www.hipgirlclips.com/store/in...oducts_id=2382

It took me a little of time to get the ribbon to behave but they're a really good seller at craft shows! I make them with both 7/8 and 1.5" I fold mine at 3" instead of 2.75" like on Michelle's tute

The 7/8 are 3" wide. It's like stacking 2 TBB bows with 1 length of ribbon.

Ronnie, what type of ribbon do you wrap your center with? Just grosgrain??

I use regular matching gg or will use DRR...depends on what I have near me.

Here is another one I made for a customer that saw the one on Avery's pic I posted.

Honestly I think using an actual model shows off the bow a whole lot better than having it flat on something.

Where did you get your DRR from? I got some from RABOM, but it is really flimsy! What length of ribbon do you use for DRR?

I get my DRR from group buys which I am pretty sure RABOM has the same kind. It is filmsy you just have to learn how to work with it. It took me some time to figure that out. I use different lengths on these because everyone wants them different sizes. I wouldn't go larger than 30" or it will be hard to work with.

Thanks to everyone for the help. I, too, have had terrible trouble with DRR. In fact, I haven't used it in almost a year. You guys are getting me motivated to try it again!
