Cardboard is what we use. We have several cut to 6 inches wide and various lengths. it works great!

That's what I do too!! I use them until they start really warping, and then I cut more cardboard, various sizes.

So, normally I just roll out the tulle and cut, roll, cut, roll, cut, roll, cut.. I think you get the idea. Anyway, tonight I cut out cardboard to 16" and 12" and rolled it. Holy crap. Why didn't I do this BEFORE????

It saved me so much freakin' time.

I use 6 inch rolls and I cut foam board into different sizes to use as a guide. I just wrap it around and then cut it all at once.
