Default Help what style is a softball bow traditionally

I was aksed to give a price quote for softball bows for a local team. I am not sure what style bow they are as I have never seen them. Can I use a bow this style (pictured) and just do it in the team colors and make two for pig tails or one for the pony tail?

Thanks,

Karen

I have no idea really what is traditional, but I thought I'd add my opinion, if it helps.

Since it's for a softball team, will they be wearing them during the games? If so, I'd put them on a french clip or a pony O so that they stay secure.

I love the style of bow you've posted, but they may be looking for more like a cheer bow in the school colors or even a pony streamer? I'm not sure.

Here they can wear no metal. Also does the team wear a batting helmet?

The past couple of years the girls on my dd's team chose to wear the pony streamer type of bow, they are 6-8 years old.

I am really not sure she was really vague but I now have some questions to ask. How much do you charge for pony o's? Thanks,
Karen

I would think a basic bow on a pony-o would be great! anything else will not work.

DD played softball for yrs I would stick with pony o's. They aren't allowed to wear any metal either.

or you could make something similar to a cheer bow but on a much smaller scale..I think our batting helmets have holes for the pony's to stick out of but a big bow under there would not work at all.

I do orders for softball teams here and they get pony-o's, the girls will be wearing batting helmets.
