They are the ones from the girl selling them on here for .20 each. I did see some new ones on etsy that are slightly bigger and are supposed to fit the flat caps perfectly with no gaps. I'm thinking of trying those. I'll probably still have the same issues with the look though.

I've been thinking about buying some from the lady that sells them on here...

I had the same problem. I now use the flat edge of a Tupperware orange peeler to press out the bad spots. I have also used a rolling pin and that helped.

I assume for the rolling pin method that you are putting the image and the resin drop together first and then putting it in the bottlecap? I have one of those orange peelers, so I'm going to have to try that.

I use Matte paper for mine, but I wonder if it would help if you use a glossy paper instead. I'll have to try it and see.

I'll have to try the rolling pin too.

I'm using glossy paper. So apparently, the paper isn't the problem. LOL

Correct!! I do put the drops on prior to putting them in the bottlecap. Can't wait to here if you had luck with the orange peeler:P

Can I ask then what type of adhesive you are using to attach it to the cap? I was putting them through my xyron machine with permanent adhesive (not really permanent in my opinion). I was putting the image on the cap first and letting it cure for 12+ hours before putting the drop on (I had read to do it this way.) I also tried putting the drop on the image first and then gluing it in the cap with E000. This method was kind of messing.

I bought mine off of etsy and have never had any problems. They are the self healing type and I use glossy paper. I put them on the image first then the bottle cap. Sometimes at first it looks a little cracked but it always clears up within a few minutes.

May I ask which user that you got them from?
