Question Washer Necklaces Punching Circles Help Please

For those of you that make washer necklaces what is the trick for punching the center hole in the center? I tried using my Cricut but unfortunately for some strange reason it does not cut small circles perfectly. I am doing a 1/4" hole in the center and it comes out a little lopsided. It does cut the outside circle perfectly though.....very frustrating. Anyways, I have a 1/4" hand punch but I just can't seem to get it perfectly centered. Please share your tips with me.

Thanks!
Jill

can you post a picture of what you mean? The only washer necklaces I make (or know of) are metal washers for bottle cap necklaces. Sorry if I'm asking a silly question but I am a little confused as to what you mean

I do not think you are asking a silly question. I just wasn't clear enough

Here is a pic

I know punching a hole in the middle of a circle is supposed to be an easy thing to do, but I am just not getting it right. I am probably being way to anal about it, but that is just the way I am..lol.

Now I get it... you're asking how to punch a circle in your decorative paper (or whatever you're using) so it fits on the washer.

I thought you were asking how to make metal washers from scratch. Yeah, I'm really awake...

Those are too cute. I've never seen them before. Are there instructions anywhere?

@ SrappyJill: I make those also and have the same issue. I am also having the issue that my "Glossy Accents" is always bubbling. Does anyone have any suggestions on the bubbling?

We make Hand Stamped Necklaces: http://www.beadcreationsinternational.com/ and make our own washers we have a machine that centers everything and makes them perfect everytime (it was over $400). I do not think this is what you were talking about if it is paper?
