Default Is there a (Sizzix or compatible) die for matchbook notepads?

I want to make matchbook notepads to enclose with etsy orders as a little thank you. I was really thrilled when I found a Sizzix die for it online, so I could make them with repurposed greeting card covers and scrap paper for the pad.

Well, the die arrived and it's not what I wanted. It makes really tiny books, the ones I made are on the left. I was wanting one like the one on the right, which I received as a freebie, I don't recall who from.

Is there a die that will make something more like on the right, or does anyone have another idea for how to make it? I don't mind creasing with a bone folder but don't want to cut each one by hand. When open, the cardstock portion is 5" x 2" exactly. (The little ones I made are only 4" x 1.25")

What about cutting the rectangular part by hand using a cutting mat or cutting board and then using one of those punches for the edges? Just a thought?

BTW - What sizzix machine do you use for that die? I have the original, would it work with that?

I have a Big Shot, but it's an Originals die so will work with either. I had a hard time finding it, I think it is likely discontinued, but one popped up on eBay since I bought mine (to be clear, this is not my listing):

I like that memo pad one a lot! But too much work for a little toss-in thank you. I was really hoping to be able to turn the crank, fold and be done! But I guess people are making them by hand.

I am going to assume that the Cricut has one like that. But for Sizzix I have never seen anything - It is a little large for that.
