Default No Sew Pacifier Clips?

Is there a way to make pacifier clips without a sewing machine or embroidery machine (for those fabric covered buttons)??? I'm really wanting to make these but it seems as though all the cute, good looking ones are done on machines.

I ordered some from a girl wholesale a while back before I got my snap press to make my own. She did use snaps, but not the kind like I do with the machine. Hers were made with the cheaper walmart snap press. She said it was like $14 or something. She hot glued the ends together.

I got the kamsnap pliers and some plastic snaps (cuz their metal ones were not CPSIA approved) but now I'm just so confused... Should I just put snaps on both sides to eliminate the sewing? And then regarding embellishments... I'd like to put something on, but obviously nothing rhinestone or resin, etc. that can fall off and be a choking hazard. So what are my other options? Felt appliques? I really want those monogrammed covered buttons but I'm assuming I need a machine for that. And I like some that I've seen using some sort of key ring and just putting on beads??? Anyone know if those beads are sold wholesale, or just Walmart type is fine?

I saw some that were dressed up with felt appliques and some that had rosettes. I thought the rosettes were super cute on it. I REALLY want to make these. I am going to add ribbon or cord on the end with the pacifier instead of the snap clip because that makes it universal so it can be used with the soothies.

Oh thats an idea! I have the adapters.

Does anyone know; if I want to double layer the ribbons (like use a 7/8 solid and 5/8 patter on top... is hot glue strong enough??? Or is that something that must be sewed?

Also since I dont have a sewing machine... does anyone maybe sell custom emnroidered button covers???

Thanks a ton guys. Youre the best!

Do you happen to have a picture of the rosette ones? I've never seen them.
