So this is what I came up with. I just used my Cuttlebug to die cut the felt pieces... soon I'd like to order some appliques from HeartFelt Stitches (zoesmommy27) and put those on. I hot glued the top and put a snap on the bottom.

Thank you!!
No, it's a regular keyring. I got the idea from a fellow HG (of course I can't remember who) in a post... to use a keyring because they can't open, whereas the D rings have a slit in them and can possibly open up.

I've tried using fabri-tac glue on paci holders (mainly bc I hate sewing on ribbon. lol I'm lazyyyyyy) And it seems to hold up well. It makes the ribbon a bit stiff where it was at (but so would hot glue probably) I gave one to my niece as a tester and it's held up over a year.

Did you mean that you use Fabri-Tac at the top to glue the loop, or that you use it to glue say a 5/8 ribbon to a 7/8 ribbon? My only worry with that is if the baby would be chewing on it... then I'd probably have to sew it. Blah.

You could just use snaps on both ends then you won't need to sew or use glue.

I'd think if you use 5/8 over the 7/8 to dress them up a bit liquid stitch or the heat and bond stuff would work... I've never tried it I'm just guessing.

Love how you dressed it up w/ felt! Looks great!
