I think it is two twisteds...one on top of the other and one being larger on the bottom.

I'm pretty sure those are two "four corners" (aka "inside out") bows stacked together. They are actually easier to make than they look.

I believe you will find the rest of the answers you seek in the thread (with selected posts) linked below:

In the far left column click "Files". The fifth or Sixth Item is titled something like "Hairbow Instructions", click that and the first item is "Four Point Bows".

That is what you are looking for.

There are several ways to make a twisted boutique. I think that each method produces a slightly different look. I personally think some of the looks are more cupped, some are flatter with the twists etc. Maybe its just me, but no I agree that not all twisted boutiques look the same. There is also a regular "boutique bow" and a "twisted boutique bow", so that might also be throwing you off?

Thank you! I knew that bow wasn't just a boutique or a twisted, I just had no clue how to figure out what it actually was!! Thank you so much!!

I played around today with bigger twisted boutique bows and then made something starting to look like the four corners bow - like I'm *almost* there, but I just joined that yahoo group and will check out their tutorial.

Thank you so much!

You're welcome.

But the real credit goes to Laura, aka lalaarnold for posting the Yahoo Group info in the thread I linked.
