Default Please Help!! I'm screwing up my korker!!

I have a customer who wants a korker pom. Easy enough right? I have my korkers, all cut and heat sealed....... now what? I've tried the tying around the middle, cute puff but I can never get the string to stay tight enough. HELP!! I need to get it to her by Friday so she can take it to church with her (I'll probably get at least 4 or 5 orders just from that). HELP!

you'll just have to sew them, lol! But it isn't hard and then you know they will not come apart.

Ok thanks. I'll just sew them. It's for a 2 year old so I don't want her to be able to pull it off. lol.

I love to make korkers!!! I use round elastic string, pull tight, double knot, & then place E600 glue on the knot to make sure it doesn't come undone. It works great for me!

I have had them come out using that elastric string. I used embroidery floss in matching color of the ribbon and pull tight make a knot, flip it make another not, flip one more but double knot this time. Then dab of glue over the knot and my daughter has yet to pull one apart, but she is 4 yrs old so maybe thats why. I've been sewing the ones I make for other people though.
