Default Stacked felt and fabric hair clips

I really would like to make some of these and obviously not cut them all by hand. Do you do these with the Sizzix or what kind of machine? Also does anyone know what these die lots are? thanks so much!

How well do cuttlebugs die work with the sizzix big shot/big kick? I love the variety they have but I am afraid they won't cut well. Thanks in advance!

Cuttlebug cuts cleanly as Sizzix dies. =) But, since it's a thinner die, you may need to use a shim (thicker shim) or a converter. Most of my dies consist of Cuttlebug & Sizzix. (yeah, once upon a time, I was addicted to buying dies..lol..)

But, since your question if it'll work on Big Shot, I will try it (Cuttlebug) on my Big Shot machine and see how it goes. I had no problem using Cuttlebugs using on my Sizzix Original.

Bear in mind that I only use blended or 100% wool felt. Absolutely no craft felts (HL/Michael's...)

Thanks Cynthia! I would appreciate it if you let me know how well they work with the Big Shot. I can see why you were addicted to buying dies, I think they are so much fun.

woot! woot! It works! Like I've suspected it would be, absolutely CLEAN cut, just like the Sizzix. I hv to jet out for a bit and I'll take pics when I get back.

Trying/tried my best not to keep on shopping for dies..lol..just buying ribbons, already kills me...

1. Open your Multipurpose platform to Tab 1.

2. Place your Cuttlebug foam side up.

- Place your felt on top of the die.

3. Place one Cutting Pad on it.

4. Close the platform

5. Place a shim. I used the Big Shot instruction as shim. If you no longer have it, use a cardstock (2-4 pcs)

6. Start rolling... =)

And the result of the cut.... CLEAN cut!

I'd guess one has to treat the fabric? Like a lightweight fusible backing or something? Haven't tried this one yet: treating the fabric before cutting.
