Okay, I tried these with 4 inch ribbon. Here's what mine look like:

They don't really look like yours. Do you just use the other side or what am I doing wrong?? I guess it can't be the other side b/c you would see the ends of the ribbon. Maybe I am twisting it wrong? I don't know..help please if you can! Thanks!

Do you see that last pink/purple one you posted? You need to flip it over- add something to the middle- and you will have that clip. Voila!

So the side you are showing- would be the side against the clip.

I had to experiment alot- different ways for the ribbon and all of that.

But if I flip it over, then you will see the ends and threads and it would be hard to cover it up. So, am I supposed to twist the ribbon down instead of up when I am sewing it? Maybe I can try that and see what happens.

I'm loving these little flower ones. I did a big one and it was real thick in the middle so i'm going to try a little one next. Where do you get the big bling from for the middle? Thanks!

I got those fake diamonds in a pack of 100 from Wal-mart. I can't remember how much they were, but under $3.00 I think...

The first post says that they learned it from theribbonretreat. If you go to their website, they have a bunch of free tutorials. I'd look for it there.
