Question ribbon edges/spikes

I was wondering how all you ladies make your ribbon spikes? I have a hard time making them even, is there a special ribbon cutter to use? I was trying to find something online but no luck! Thanks!

I use my woodburner tool and a metal triangular ruler to cut/seal the ends.

I fold my ribbon in half and then cut at an angle to make my spikes. Then I use my woodburner to seal the ends. I keep the ribbon folded, but not touching when I seal the sides.

I do the same thing, only seal with a lighter. As long as you fold it in half when you cut the angle you should have np making them even
