Unhappy Bottlecap help

Hello Ladies. I have started making bottle cap bows and clippies. I have tried all different brands of hot glue and none seem to work. I am stationed in Germany with my husband who is military and I can't get the E6000 shipped over here. I made over 50 bottle cap clippies last week and today they have slowly started poping off. Can someone help me? What am I doing wrong? No one else seems to have problems using hot glue when making bottle cap bows and clippies.

I had the same problem when I started. They seemed to stay great with hot glue, then the next day were all popping off. I asked what everyone did & it worked great!
I purchased a Xyron sticker maker & the permanent adhesive & run my images through it to make a sticker. Make sure the bottle caps you are using do not have the rubber liner inside. If it does, like mine did, you can boil them for like 15 minutes & peel off each one with pointed edge tweezers. Pain in the butt!!
Once that is done, just stick the image with sticker on it to the cap & add your epoxy. If you use a magnet, I use a jewelry glue to attach it to the back. I will list everything I use. Make sure if you use this glue that they do not all stick together when they are dry, it always leaves a weird powdery film on my epoxy.
Hope that helps, they are very simple once you find all of the right products to use!!
Here is the sticker make:

Make sure you use the permanent adhesive!!
Here is the glue I use: (amazing!!!!!!)

& I just realized you were talking about glueing the cap to the clip. hahahahah
Sorry, I use e6000. I will test out the jewelry glue that I use for my magnets & let you know tomorrow if it held. It holds rhinestones to my clips...

I use hot glue. I cut a couple circles of craft foam and glue them inside the bottle cap, then glue it onto the bow.

I use little wooden discs glued under the bottlecaps then glue that onto the clippie, holds great for me.

I use flattened bottlecaps and find that they stick really well with E6000.

I've been cutting up felt and gluing it inside the bottlecap and then glue the clip the felt and they seem to hold (had one pop off at a retailer but who knows how it actually happened). Someone was telling me they bought the round disks you put under the feet of chairs or furniture to move it and they put those in the bottlecap and they hold really well.
