mine keep leaking out the hole for the double split ring. Am I just filling to far up or is there a trick to keep it from leaking out and all over everything?

I did a test run making pony tail holders out of bottle caps. I gave 1 to a friend to test out for me (I had a bad feeling). She said the picture fell off the first use. I used mod podge to stick the image onto the cap, then used an epoxy dot to cover. Looks like I'll have to go ETLite (which still scares the crap out of me & is a PIA to use - I seem to do 1 & 2 offs vs enough for a batch). Unless... does anyone have a suggestion to keep the epoxy dot on (sealing the edges cleanly)?

Try using scrapbook tape to put the picture down. I did that recently and it worked great!!

That's a great idea. I looked into glue dots and am going to try those. I'll let you know.

I use usually E-6000 to glue my images down onto a bottle cap. works great!
I've also used images printed onto sticker paper and those worked well too.

Thanks for posting. I completely forgot about this. I've perfected my process. I use double sided scrap booking tape to adhere the image which I have printed at Walgreens or target, and ET lite on top to sel everything. I've been getting great results and sales.

the best thing for sticking images is Xyron sticker maker with permament adhesive. For real, it does not get any easier!
