Default Stacked bow help!

I am having a really tough time with my stacked bows. I love the look of a big volume bow so I have been using a twisted boutique bow for my top & base bow, but they just do not seem to lay correctly, so I tried it with a pinwheel as my base & they just do not seem to look right to me. What do you guys prefer & what technique do you use to make them lay correctly? Oh one more thing I use 1.5 for top & base bow.

Try using 7/8 for the top bow, you still want to be able to see the surrounds and spikes. I have heard to turn your base bow upside down (back of base and back of spikes together), I have not tried it that way. Post a pic it will help a little more to help.

I use 7/8 for my top bow and I use a pinwheel bow for the base bow. I think it lays better on the head and my customer seem to prefer them better. HTH

You can either flip over your base bow or use a pinwheel.

That is for a private christian school here, Union Christian Academy. I am close to the Arkansas line, about 40 miles.
