I don't bake mine..I spray them w/stay flo (mixed w/water) and let them air dry and they are perfect!

So do you starch right before putting them in the oven????? I usually starch as I go, once I get the shape I want, then set them aside until I make enough to put on a huge cookie sheet then bake them all at once. My starch has dried before they go in the oven. Does that make a difference???
