She never responded to me either.
Here is what I am going to do.
Use the youtube video posted previously. Make it just tinch longer than the alligator clip.

Cut small pieces of the 1./4 white grosgrain, like you would spikes for the teeth. attache them with hot glue underneath the military braid (from the video)

The eyes are just rolled 3/4 green grosgrain it appears, rolled to the size of the googly eyes and glued on to the top of the military braid.

Attach the alligator head to a lined alligator clip.

Then finish off with a bow. Here are instructions for that! :] might have to connect the back of the bow to the eyes with a piece of grosgrain across the backs of both! Havent tried it yet, but def going to!

Hope this helps from another person wanting to make it! Soooo cute! Go Gators!

I just put a line of hot glue on the top of the eyes and glued the bow on top ( setting up like she has) and it worked fine. Other than that, that is exactly how I made mine! Hope you share your gator when your done.

Alright here it is!
There are some things I am going to change next time. The teeth, I need more of them. And be sure to put them on before you attach the military braid to the clip.
I am also going to leave the military braid a little itty bit looser.
Not cut the bow tails until I have put it on the gator
Oh and use full rolls of ribbon for the eyes. I was being cheap and just used a little but they are mushy ha ha

Sorry it took so long, the day I said I was going to post this I realized I didnt have a lot of the supplies and then left for winter vacation!

Love it though!
