Default How do you make the large collection of flowers that go on tutu dresses?

I have clients that ask for designs along these lines all the time and at this point I don't offer them. Does anyone know how they are made? Are they glued? If so what glue is used so that they don't fall off. Thanks for the help

Ok, not sure how they do theirs but I am wondering if it would work to use a crochet headband at the top?!? This would provide a "base" to attach the flowers to. You would have to work with it a bit to get the "cluster" look otherwise depending on the size of the child the headband would stretch and break up the cluster. Not sure if I explained that very well but that's what I would try if I tried making them! Good Luck. . . they are super cute!!

I am just throwing out ideas, because I really have no idea, but...

What if you were to sew them on the way you wanted and then add the flowers centers with glue after they were sewn on?

I would just think they would hold better if they were sewn.
