Question How to attach more than one fabric flower together

I like my flowers and I love how they look on foe or skinny headbands. I want to make a headband with two or three fabric flowers next to each other in a cluster but always get frustrated with the way it looks! How do you do it? How do you finish the back so that it has a professional look?

Including picture of just one flower because I always get frustrated with the way more than one looks. How would you do it if you want 2 or 3 fabric flowers one next to the other. Hope I am explaining myself better... Let me reword the first post.

Glue the flowers together on felt, trim the felt so it cannot be seen and attach to headband and cover with another felt. Sometimes you have to overlat the flower ends abit and squish them together so they dont gap on the headband.

It seems I am in the right track. Something I noticed is that it feels "heavy". The felt I used to practice is the kind you can get for projects at Michael's, etc. Is that the one I should be using? Thanks!!

Will have to take a trip to HL! That horrible place that you can't just walk with what you went looking for because along the way you pick up 100 more items...LOL
Thanks.
