Default How to sew crochet ends together?

This may have been covered already but I could not find it. I bought some of the stretchy crochet by the yard to make my headbands. How do you sew the ends together? Thanks a bunch!

Just match them up and start on one side going through to the other, all the way up. KWIM? Its kind of hard to explain, but simple to do?!

Couldn't you just seam the ends? Fold it in half (right side in), match the ends, and then stitch up the end. I'm guessing you could get as close as 1/8 of an inch to the edge.

I am very verbal. Sometimes that's a good thing, sometimes not. LOL.
