Default My boutique bow doesn't look right?

Hi fellow crafters

I tried searching this forum for the difference between twisted boutique and boutique. Mostly just people arguing, haha. I have the "Rib-N-Raps" templates, and tried to make what they call a "basic boutique". But I don't think my bow looks right... Unless I'm getting confused with the twisted, it looks nothing like the twisted one, not *perky* enough. What do you think? My first attempt so go easy on me .

Do I need to cut the end more... or is it cool like that.

When you are shaping it make sure that your top pieces all match up. It looks like your tail is sitting off to the side. I use this website for mine. I couldn't make one to save my life until I used this site.

I like it just the way it is.
It really is up to you as far as how they sit and which ribbon ends up where in the end. If you're going for a certain style i have no idea honestly because I don't know the names of these LOL.. But I like what you've got

For a lot of my bow I use the No Bow No Go templates. They are great!!

Are you trying to make a regular boutique or a twisted boutique?

On the regular boutique your "x" needs to be more wider but make sure that the tails stay aligned. Your loops will be right next to each other. On the twisted your "x" needs to be taller and skinnier looking with the tails, if any, aligned. Your loops will be very separated. Most TBB do not have tails but I have seen some with them.

When I say wider I mean more of a short fat "x".
