Default How to make this flower

I have had this image for a while and figuring out how to do it? Iīve been practicing it but with no good results.

Thats a good question. I know the center is a kansashi flower (pointed I believe) have no idea how the backround flower is done. IT IS VERY PRETTY though.

I have had no luck with the kansashi flower

it looks like 2 different techniques. The top one is this

the second layer looks like the layered ribbon flowers. You just use bigger ribbon. It looks easy to make. I might make one later and tell you if im right about the different techniques. Hope this helped you.
