Default Korker question

Ok, I'm crafty, but a newb when it comes to bows. I think korkers are going to be the easiest to start out with. I think I pretty much get how to "kork" them, so now my question is What's the best size and type of ribbon I should get? There are several destashes for ribbon, but I don't want to get the wrong thing.

Thanks

The most common is 3/8. Most korkers use that size cut to different lenghts. I also use 1/4 to make my smaller korkers cause I think they look so cute

I use a mix of 3/8th and 1/4 I prefer grosgrain to kork but also use other kinds of ribbon. When using a satin type of ribbon just watch closer for burning or discoloring

Thanks ladies. I think I'm going to try my hand at the mini korkers with the 1/4" satin first (just cuz I already have SO much of that and really don't know what to do with it). I'm going to attach them to lined clips. I'll post a pic when I get done with my first one to get critiqued. Y'all are awesome!

I love working with 1/4 inch because I do the 1.5 inch bows with those. I think they look cute in my girls hair. I am not a big bow kind of person. I make them, but not for my girls lol.
