I agree with the above posters thats why i partial line. I love the look of fully but its just too hard to get it in my dd's hair & it hurts them too.

They get tangled so much worse than partially lined clips. I demolished a sequin headband the other day trying to get a fully lined clip through it. Grrrrrrrrr.

I started out fully lining my clips but like others said found it really hard to get them into and out of my daughters hair. I then went to partially lining them and they work so much better. They go easily into hair, headbands, hats, etc that way and they stay much better than the fully lined ones.

How about for babies or toddler with fine hair?
Would you recommend fully lining for them?

I only fully line my clips because I like the look better.
I had this impression that partially lined clips were just a short-cut, but now I'm learning different.
