Default These beaded centers

Does anyone know how to make beaded centers similar to this. I have a couple of flowers that I wanted to put these kinda of "finger like" centers coming out of the middle. TIA (This is just a sample I found in someone's etsy shop)

I would think you could just glue them or you could string them first and then glue, or sew. I would probably do a mix of both. I'd start with the center bead and then add different lines for the fingers and then once I got the desired shape, I'd sew parts down. Hope that makes sense.

From what I can gather you just have a centre bead and then sew out a row at a time. When you get to the end of the row just thread your needled back through the row and start another one. That is how I would do it.

I agree I would sew the middle bead first and then make the rows one by one. HTH

also check out headpins that they use for jewelry making . . . they bend very easily and can be hidden/glued very easily.

2 to 2 1/4" is the longest i can find them . . . most craft stores carry them but here's a pic to help . . . http://www.firemountaingems.com/deta...p?PN=H209784FY
