Default Flower Clips

I am new to making flower clips. When you line your clips for them what color ribbon do you use? Do you match it to the flower? Sorry if this is a dumb question. I just don't know what to use.

I try to with small flowers, If the flower is big, and all the green is removed so its pretty flat I will use a nutral color if its already lined and ready to go.

Yes I match the ribbon to the flower. In a pinch though I also use black ribbon since it goes with pretty much everything

I try and use a color that compliments the flower.

I always use a ribbon matching the flower color. It just makes it look complete and the clip doesnt stand out from the flower.

Matching is my preference, as well as my customer's, in general.

I agree...match the ribbon as close as possible to the flower.

I would say the same color as the flower so if you can see it a bit it wont take away from the flower
