I think we all do it a little different....

For me, I spray with Sta-Flo starch, for satin ribbon, I don't dilute, for grosgrain, I do. I bake at 275 for 9 min. HTH

I have not try this yet, but I just now search here using "bow baking" and it seems that everyone had some interesting information about it. Back to reading the information.

If you want to put her bows some place to dry (if your not quite ready to bake 'em) you can still put them in the oven. Little fingers can't get to them. If I use a delicate ribbon, this is what I do. I set my timer for an extra long time so I don't forget that they are in there!

I don't bake mine. I spray them with Fabric Stiffener that i've thinned with water and put in a spray bottle

You bake them before you put any glue on them.
To OP, do a search and you will see that this topic has been addressed many times before and people have many different approaches.

Personally, I bake 260 for 15-20 mins depending on if it is printed or just solid color.

I have actually baked my stacked bows once they are completely together. I have never had an issue with the glue.
