Default Attaching mini bows to the ends of snap clips?

I am sure this is here somewhere on the site. If there is a thread on this could someone link me. I love snap clips. I would like to attach bows to the end but am not sure how to do it. Do you tie the elastic thread around the inside or use wire and how do you finish it off? I have read scunchie clips work best, is this true. Thanks

I found instructions on how to attach them to covered clips but how would I do it if I don't want to cover the clip?

I just hot glued the bow to the clip. I'm not sure how good it will hold up in use, DD has never worn it.

I've just used hot glue. Just press it down really firm when you do it. That should hold, hopefully.

I've only made them for my granddaughter.

Thanks missjasmine and aunt bannana. Let me know how yours hold up. I am a little worried about the hot glue not adhearing well to the metal. I have seen people use wire to attach the covered buttons to the end of a snap clip and am trying to think of a way to maybe use elastic thread to secure it. I want to make a set for friends little girl for her birthday but would hate for them to fall apart. Maybe I will just cover them.

i have never attached directly to the metal, all mine are covered and both my 4r yr old and 8 yr old wear them to school all the time and they have held up really good
