Did you sew the sleeves on after they were finished or how are they attached? Thanks for your help!

I sewed each strip of elastic for the sleeves onto the inside of the elastic of the dress (chest ot waist) and tied my tulle on the same way as the dress, just shorter!

Actually I just tied mine on but I first tied on the strip for the sleeve and them added the short tulle to it. ( I hope this makes sense) I don't do a lot of sewing so I'm not very good at it.

Did you put the tulle for the sleeves on elastic or ribbon? Just wondering how to tie elastic on? then realized you probably used ribbon. Right? Thanks!
