Default Feather Headbands

Would love any help/advice on the feather headbands if anyone has made them. I have headbands, feathers and no idea how to go about doing it. Thanks!

Do you have feather pads? Skinny headbands? Here is what I do:
Put a line of e6000(some people use hot glue) from the top of the feather pad backside to the bottom. Then place the headband on the glue and I use alli clips to hold in place. I let it dry by hanging on a cylinder(I do quite a few at a time to let them dry before the next step). After the glue dries, I measure a piece of ribbon(either 3/8 or 5/8) of coordinating color to the length of where the glue, headband and pad meet. I then heat seal the ends and glue the ribbon in place. Then embellish the front.

I've been using felt to cover instead of a strip of ribbon.. I'm going to try the ribbon next time!! That way I don't waste so much felt!
Thanks for the idea!!
