Default Large fabric flowers on necklaces...

Do you add a pin back so they can pin it to their shirt? How do they get the flowers to stay up and to the side, doesn't the flower weigh the necklace down and make the flower slide to the bottom?

I have made a couple for myself and I pin it to my shirt but just wondering what everyone else does bc I want to add these to my store.
