Default Does anyone know how to make these?

Or what they are. My sister found this costume on etsy and is wanting to make one for her little girl for halloween. Just wondering what the things in her hair are..are they maribou puffs? Can anyone tell me what they are and where to get them (I can probably make them myself if I just knew what is was) Thanks

Here is the link..It is not my dress, just borrowing the link.

It looks like marabou to me. You can buy it at HL, and they're easy to make. PM me if you need help.

This is what I do...
1. Cut the marabou to the length you want it (1.5-2" perhaps)...it's messy and little pieces will fly off, so I cut it outside.
2. Take the 2 ends, form a circle with them so that the ends are touching, and hot glue them together. Some people tie them with elastic thread and some tape theirs, but I hot glue and have had great luck with that.
3. Glue the marabou onto your lined clip.

It's that easy...but messy!

Those look great and adorable! Does anyone have the link to HL? I hear they have the best quality marabou.

You also can sew the ends together. I would agree and go outside to cut them or you will have fuzzies for weeks.
