The first layer after the spikes is an upside down twisted...you just put what the wrong side for us would be up.

spikes on the very bottom, twisted boutique, then a bunch of those half twisted boutique loops in different ribbons. that would be my best guess.

Her bows are adorable! I also agree with the middle looking like loops glued in the middle or sewn on. They would have a slight twist I think if they were the figure 8. IMO. Good luck!

i tried that and it looked like a big pile of ribbon i couldn't get it to lay right it i am not good at random i tried for over an hour last night before i had to get back to bow orders i appreciate all of your suggestions yall are amazing and i and i hope others are going to keep trying until we figure it out

back years ago when I first started making bows I cut a piece of ribbon 3-4 inches long and sewed the ends together - made four like this and laid them on spikes and sewed them on - I put something in the middle to cover the stiches up - I sometimes used different ribbon on all four pieces--I am going to try to build a bigger version of this tonight

Hi Veronica I have bought one of these bows from the lady on Etsy and I analyzed it and tried it myself. I don't know if it's exactly how she does it but It came out great. I am putting together a TuT. Here are a few pics of the ones I made:

yes those are cute! i thought about buying one and analyzing it not taking it apart or anything becuase they are to cute ( i would give it to one of my nieces) but the wait time is 2-3 weeks i would love to see a tut and if you need a tester i am here
