Default How do you make these heads?

Etsy :: CASSANDRASBOWTIQUE :: SALE SALE SALE........Beautiful Dora OR Backpack hair bow clippies.

I'm sure this is somewhere in this forum already, but I don't can't find it. How do you make the round 3d type heads? Also, how do you make the faces? It looks like parts of it are just little pieces of grosgrain cut in that shape, but I can't tell what the rest is.

I think these clippies are so cute!! I especially like backpack.

They are cute. My daughter is crazy about Dora. But Michelle has some instructions on how to make elmo and the cookie monster and their heads are made like that. So if you could make that you probably could figure out how to make Dora. I think the instructions are about $8, I still haven't purchased them yet but I will one day.

How cute! My dd also calls it "packpack". She is the reason I want to learn how to make these. She is crazy about "dowa" and friends, so I want to make her some clippies of them.
