Default Flower girl dress?

Ok, you all are sooo creative, I need your help!

Ok, so I'm wanting to make flower girls dresses (I think lol) with a tutu bottom, but a fabric top that is sewn to the tutu, so you do not see the knots (plus, I want to stick out and not be the same as everyone elsem with the whole tutu dress thing ....at times that is lol). I'm trying to figure out how to do this.

The other thing that comes to mind is, if I'm doing it as a "custom" dress, no problem, but I also want to sell them (if I do) at craft shows...so is there something that is stretchy, that I could use as the top ( bodice) part?

So many things going through this noggin, but talking it out and getting ideas sooo helps. Thanks in advance!

the one fabric that came to my mind was spandex-you can do a "ballet" type top with spaghetti straps for her, i would sew it more as body suit thou and sew a sash around the waist to hide the knots-you can make it more professional sewn -make it like an accordion style waist and finish off with a cute bow at the side,front,back-what ever the other ladies are doing for the wedding-if you wanted to get more fancy for the fabric -add some rhinestones onto it to make a faux diamond collar just to add some sparkle and bling! in the fall you can change the top part to a stretchy velvet and add sleeves-

no problem im just trying to think when selling in the markets-I sold tutus' at some craft fairs -first time and got some good tips- best to make them fit your typical sizes XS,S,M,L, XL -or go with 0-12 mos, 12-18, 24-3T,3t-4t-5t,6X,7/8, 9/10-
I only had a few sizes and thought was larger wouldn't fit the older girls-just something to keep in mind, thats why the stretchy material is easiest to fit a bigger size girl
Most popular sellers were light pink, hot pink, and mix -
