Default FOE and Skinny Elastic Head Bands - Glue or Sew?

Making FOE and Skinny Head Bands...should I sew, hot glue or do both? I'd love to hot glue, but I'm afraid it won't hold up.

Thanks so much!

I use to sew mine because I had no idea you could glue them. then i started reading how everyone glued them so I tried it. My girls have been wearing theirs and they have been fine!!! No problems so far and they are a little on the rough side with things.

I like to sew them. I think it looks more professional.
