What's the best way to secure bows onto nylon? With glue or sewing?
Is there a tutorial or technique to get a professional look?

I like to sew mine one. I would glue the center knot ribbon to the front of the bow and then wrap the ends around the nylon sewing it down. I don't like glue b/c of the extra bulk it adds, and it can make a hard spot on the inside of the headband where the bow sits on the baby's head.

Is there a certain stitch you use or just a regular stitch?

No, I just hand-stitch one end of the center knot to the head band, then I slightly overlap the center knot ribbon and stitch that to the first ribbon.

Before all that I wrap my headband where it's sewn with the thead to gather it. This gives some bulk for you to sew the ribbon to.
