Are you selling them, or just for a fun party? I ask because my ds had a superhero party this year and we made them out of those plastic $1 tablecloths. We had a cape decorating station and they turned out SOOOOOO cute. We got 2-4 capes from each tablecloth, depending on the size of the kiddo, making the cost of the capes ridiculously cheap. Counting elastic, decorations, etc. I didn't even have $1 in each cape once it was all said and done. The kids had a BLAST. I attached a couple pics of some of the kids in them.
If you're doing them to sell, then I have no clue and will try to help ya search.

Good luck.

It was by far the most fun b-day party we've done for him. The kids had an amazing time. I sweet talked my 15 year old nephew into dressing up in camo and black and being the "Birthday Bandit". He came in and said he was going to take the cake. My dh and I gave each kid a can of Spider Man web aka Silly String. They chased my nephew and webbed him. All the kiddos and parents commented on how much fun it was.
