Default How to attach items to tutu?

Would I hot glue the items on? or e6000? or sew the on the tulle by hand?

for me it depends, most embellishments I put on a clip so that they can mix and match, if someone whats it permanently attached I handsew them on, i just dont know what it is, but i'm not too big on the idea of hotglueing flowers on, but i know lots of people do it that way.
