Default Korker sizing?

So when people say a 3" korker, they are referring to what length they cut the ribbon for each kork right?

Can you all tell me how many "korks" you use for your 2 inch, 3 inch and 4 inch korkers?

Does anyone make ones that are bigger then 4"?

I know it's trial and error, but I'm having allot of error....with the 2, 3 and 4 inch ones. I don't want to have to "fluff" them too much to make them look full or even. UGH!

I do 2.5 in, and 3.5 in. Everything I've read says to use about 24 korks per bow. However, I personally don't feel like they are quite full enough. I usually use 30 for the 2.5 in, and 36 for the 3.5 in. HTH

Ok well I work in centimetres here in Aussie lol

My mini korkers are about 5-6cm width which is 2" or a bit bigger. I generally cut each 'kork' to 5cm lengths give or take. I use about 18 pieces.

I have only made one larger korker which was approx 8cm in width and I think I cut those 'korks' in 7cm lengths. I use about 22 pieces but could add some more to make it a bit fuller.

I'm actually thinking of doing some teeny korkers as well which will be cut in 3cm 'korks' and will prob be about 4cm width. I will probably test out using between 10-15 pieces for this one.
