than scissors to cut circles of fabric for kanzashi flowers! Will somebody please clue me in?!?

a circle cutter michaels has them.
Downfall about 30 bucks.

When I make my singed flowers, I trace the circles with a pencil and then just fold my fabric over and over. Then I pin all the fabric with straight pins to hold them in place. Then cut! So easy!! I can cut like 10 at a time.

Very easy to use. You can cut a couple of circles at a time. It's like using that thing in we used in school to make perfect circles with a pencil (can't think of the name of it.) LOL
